Christoph Grainger-Herr, CEO of IWC Schaffhausen
"Italian luxury shoemaker Santoni has been adding their unique patina colour finish to some of our watch straps since 2009. As the colour range of Santoni straps is continuously expanding, we are now pleased to be able to offer a range of co-ordinated Santoni leather accessories to match the straps. In selected boutique locations our clients will now be able to complement their IWC Santoni watch straps with matching belts, bracelets and wallets."
Christoph Grainger-Herr, CEO of IWC Schaffhausen

Giuseppe Santoni, CEO of Santoni, adds: “Santoni and IWC Schaffhausen share a passion for authentic hand-crafted items, select materials and uniqueness. I am proud that we are developing our collaboration further and are able to offer an exclusive selection of handmade Santoni products in selected IWC boutiques”.

All accessories are made from high-qualify calf-leather and come in up to nine different colours. They range from classic, subtle colours like brown, blue and black to striking, trendy tones such as orange, red and pink. These products echo the colours of the Santoni bracelets IWC has outfitted many of its watches with since 2009. Each item is meticulously hand-dyed in Santoni ateliers, developing a unique patina over time.

Santoni started operations in 1975 in Corridonia, in the heart of the shoemaking district of the Marche region of Italy. Founder Andrea Santoni worked hard in order to industrialize the artisanal process while maintaining intact quality of design, research of the finest materials, superior manufacturing. What was originally a high-end footwear atelier turned in forty years into one of the leading players in the global luxury goods market. At the head of the company today is Giuseppe Santoni, who marries his father’s passion for the craft with the vision of a global, innovative and multifaceted brand. Authenticity is the founding value of Santoni, a brand that innovates by being faithful to tradition. By keeping intact the know-how of the origins, transmitted from one generation of craftsmen to the other, and exploring the ability to create unique made-to-measure pieces, Santoni releases refined products for a demanding and sophisticated clientele. Colors and materials characterize tactile, sensual and sophisticated creations. Beautiful, for Santoni, is always synonymous with elevated: superior materials, superior craftsmanship, above-the-line aesthetic.
